So I’ve been getting healthier and healthier every chance I get by eliminating the foods and chemicals that poison our bodies instead of assisting the built in power of our immune systems and metabolisms. One of the most recent items on my list of things to kick was coffee. Another was cow’s milk.
(Please research how bad these two are for your health) One of my friend’s mother started drinking Almond Milk which doesn’t taste like almonds to me at all) and I was surprised at how good it tasted. I started using it on granola, one ice and now in my homemade chai tea. I boil some water, add the cardamom, cloves and cinnamon, then pour in vanilla almond milk (easily found at most grocery stores) and finish off with 1-2 black tea bags and some organic cane sugar. WOW! It tastes GGGGgggreat!
